This Privacy Policy explains how Ebylo, Inc. collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use Ebylo.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information needed to provide and operate Ebylo.

This may include:

·      Account information, such asname, business email address, company name, and login information.

·      Billing information, processedby Stripe or another payment provider.

·      HubSpot CRM data, if youconnect HubSpot to Ebylo.

·      Uploaded pipeline data, if youupload files directly.

·      Technical information, such asdevice information, log data, IP address, browser type, pages visited, andusage activity.

·      Support information, such asemails or messages you send to us.

2. CRM and HubSpot Data

If you connect HubSpot to Ebylo, Ebylo mayaccess CRM data allowed by the scopes you approve during the HubSpot connectionprocess.

Ebylo currently uses read only HubSpotaccess for:

·      Deal records.

·      Deal stage and pipelineinformation.

·      Deal owner information.

·      CRM owner information.

Ebylo uses this data to provide forecastrisk visibility, generate deal risk signals, display relevant deal context,support data sync, troubleshoot errors, and operate customer accounts.

Ebylo does not sell CRM data.

Ebylo does not use customer CRM data foradvertising.

Ebylo does not request HubSpot email scopeand does not access HubSpot email content.

3. Uploaded Files

If you upload a CSV or other file to Ebylo,we process the file to provide the service.

Uploaded data may include deal names,stages, close dates, owner fields, activity information, and related salespipeline information.

You are responsible for ensuring thatuploaded data may lawfully be provided to Ebylo.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to:

·      Provide and operate Ebylo.

·      Authenticate users and manageaccounts.

·      Process payments and manageaccess.

·      Sync data from connected CRMsystems.

·      Generate and display forecastrisk signals.

·      Troubleshoot errors and improvereliability.

·      Provide support.

·      Maintain security and preventmisuse.

·      Comply with legal obligations.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell Customer Data.

We may share information with serviceproviders that help us operate Ebylo, such as hosting providers, databaseproviders, payment processors, email providers, analytics providers, and CRMintegration providers.

These providers may process informationonly as needed to provide services to Ebylo.

We may also disclose information ifrequired by law, legal process, security investigation, or to protect therights, safety, or property of Ebylo, customers, or others.

6. Data Retention

We retain Customer Data for as long asneeded to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes,enforce agreements, and maintain business records.

Customers may request deletion of theiraccount data by contacting support@ebylo.com.

Some information may remain in backups,logs, payment records, or legal records for a limited period where required forsecurity, legal, or operational reasons.

7. Data Security

Ebylo uses reasonable administrative,technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information.

No method of transmission or storage iscompletely secure. Customers are responsible for protecting their logincredentials and limiting access to authorized users.

8. Customer Control

Customers may disconnect HubSpot accessthrough the Ebylo application or through their HubSpot account.

Customers may request account deletion ordata deletion by contacting support@ebylo.com.

9. Children's Privacy

Ebylo is a business service and is notintended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information fromchildren under 13.

10. International Users

Ebylo is operated from the United States.If you access Ebylo from outside the United States, your information may beprocessed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our serviceproviders operate.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from timeto time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised"Last updated" date.
